Anyone from 7 to 18 years old with ambulatory cerebral palsy, stroke or traumatic brain injury may join to play CP soccer. If you or your child would like to play soccer with us, please fill out the form below. Once completed, we will be in touch about our programming.

CP Soccer players and volunteers are required to follow our code of conduct and rules of play.

RULES AND CONDUCT GUIDELINES
The safety of our players and staff is of utmost importance to us. As you register for CP Soccer, you will be asked to read and accept electronically our rules of play and code of conduct. You can download copies of these documents below for your reference.
